Install the toolbar and do a few searches a day to earn points, you can then take those points and redeem them for Microsoft Points, Amazon gift cards, Xbox 360 games and a lot more. It's a Microsoft Program, so don't worry about them scamming you. I've gotten several Microsoft points codes and two or three Amazon gift cards from them.
